Certificates & compliance

Compliance, checked at the source.

A certificate is only worth something if it is real, current, and covers your exact product. We collect, check and track the paperwork from every factory we work with — and we tell you plainly what each document does and does not prove.

What we verify

Six checks before your order is confirmed.

Business & export licenses

We confirm the factory holds a valid business license and export qualification — and that you are dealing with the manufacturer, not a middleman.

Factory audits (ISO 9001 / on-site)

Certificate checks plus our own walk-through: machinery, lines, working conditions, capacity and management.

Product safety certificates

CE, UKCA, FCC and similar marks are checked for scope and validity — a certificate must cover your actual product, not just a similar one.

Chemical & food-contact reports

RoHS, REACH, LFGB and FDA food-contact reports requested where your market requires them.

Third-party lab testing

SGS, TÜV, Intertek and BV reports collected with quotations so compliance is clear before you commit.

Shipment-level inspection reports

Every FineProcure inspection ends with a photo-documented report: what was checked, what passed, what was fixed.
