How we source bottles & drinkware

Insulated bottles are judged by three things: steel grade, vacuum retention and lid sealing. We push for food-grade 304 (18/8) stainless steel, verify double-wall vacuum with an ice-retention test on samples, and torque-test lids and straws for leak claims. Capacity (14-32 oz), mouth width and handle design are the usual customization points for retail lines.

Pet water bottles follow the same logic with added attention to bowl detents and one-hand operation. Food-contact compliance documents (FDA/LFGB where needed) are collected with the quotation, so you know the landed cost and paperwork before you commit.
