Payment & Shipping

Last updated: September 2026

Payment method

Orders are paid by bank telegraphic transfer (T/T) to the company account of Caiju (Ningbo) E-commerce Cross-Border Co., Ltd. — the same legal entity operating this website. The exact bank details (account name, number, SWIFT) are stated on each Proforma Invoice (PI) we issue for your order.

Payment safety note: we never ask for payment to personal accounts, and bank details never change mid-order. If you ever receive payment instructions that differ from your PI, contact us at info@fineprocure.com before transferring.

Standard payment terms

  • Deposit + balance: typically 30% with order confirmation, 70% after goods pass inspection and before shipment. Exact terms per order are stated on the PI.
  • Sample costs: sample and courier fees are quoted separately and can be credited against bulk orders in most cases.
  • Larger programs: L/C at sight or other arrangements may be available for established relationships.

Shipping options

  • Sea freight (LCL / FCL) from Ningbo or Shanghai ports — the standard choice for shelving, trailers and bulky goods.
  • Air freight for urgent or high-value light goods.
  • Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples and small parcels, with our discounted rates.

Trade terms

We quote on standard Incoterms — typically FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, or CIF/DAP to your port or door when you ask for landed-cost clarity. The applicable term is stated on your PI together with the lead time.

Inspection before balance payment

For managed orders, goods are inspected (photos + report) before the balance payment is due. You approve the shipment based on facts, not promises.

Documents provided

Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading / air waybill, and any certificates agreed for your order (e.g., CE documentation) are provided with the shipment.
