Start with load, not looks. Boltless and rivet shelving usually carries 150-300 kg per shelf in light-to-medium duty, while longspan racks take bulky cartons on wider beams. Check the quoted capacity per shelf (not per unit), confirm the beam length against your pallet or carton sizes, and decide between powder-coated steel for dry rooms and galvanized steel for basements, cold stores or humid workshops.
Assembly and expansion matter as much as capacity. Rivet-lock frames go up without tools and reconfigure as stock changes, so they suit growing warehouses and retail backrooms. We shortlist factories on weld quality, coating thickness and packaging, then verify real load ratings with sample assemblies before your container ships. Custom bay sizes, colors and private-label cartons are available on request.
