FAQ
The questions buyers ask before they trust an agent.
Straight answers about how we verify factories, control quality, handle small orders and ship. Anything missing? Ask directly on WhatsApp — a human replies.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
Both, in the useful sense. FineProcure runs its own manufacturing resources in Ningbo and coordinates a vetted network of more than 1,000 partner factories. Your product goes to whichever setup fits it best — our own floor for products in scope, a shortlisted and audited partner for everything else.
How do you verify factories before I commit?
Business licence and scope checks, workshop address matching, production videos with dated proof, a physical audit walk-through, and export record reviews. You receive the evidence — photos, reports and videos — not just our opinion.
Can you work with small first orders?
Usually yes. MOQ is rarely a wall — it is a set of constraints (materials, colours, packaging, scheduling). We negotiate per constraint: shrinking variety, stock packaging for the first run, flexible production slots and refundable tooling. See our guide on MOQ negotiation for the full method.
How is quality controlled during production?
Three scheduled gates: sample approval before mass production, in-line checks at 20–40% completion, and a pre-shipment AQL inspection when goods are packed. Every gate produces photo evidence and a written result against agreed limits.
What are your payment terms?
Standard practice is a deposit with balance against shipping documents, confirmed per project. Exact terms depend on order size and product type — send your brief and we will tell you plainly what we can offer.
Which shipping options do you support?
Express, air, LCL and full-container sea freight through carriers and forwarders we work with daily — DHL, UPS, FedEx, SF Express, YunExpress and major sea lines. We consolidate, inspect and load from our own fulfilment space in Ningbo.
Do you support private label and customization?
Yes — OEM/ODM projects, custom packaging, logo application and product adjustments are a core part of our work, coordinated directly with the factories during sampling and production.
How fast do you reply?
Within one working hour during China business hours, usually faster. Every project has one owner who answers with straight answers, not a relay of account managers.
Answers describe how we actually work. Specific terms — payment schedules, sample costs, lead times — are quoted per project, because pretending otherwise is how sourcing goes wrong.
