Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Who we are
FineProcure is a product sourcing and export support service operated by Caiju (Ningbo) E-commerce Cross-Border Co., Ltd., Room 1721, No. 755, Liyuan North Road, Haishu District, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China ("FineProcure", "we", "us"). By contacting us or using our services you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We provide sourcing support for international buyers, including supplier identification and verification, factory audits, sample development, private label and packaging support, quality inspection, order management and shipping coordination. We act as your procurement agent and coordinator — we are not the manufacturer of third-party goods.
3. Quotations and orders
All prices, lead times, specifications and order terms are stated in a written Proforma Invoice (PI) issued for each order. The PI is the binding commercial document for that order and prevails over any general statement on this website. Orders are confirmed only after we receive the agreed deposit.
4. Payment terms
Payments are made by bank telegraphic transfer (T/T) to the company bank account of Caiju (Ningbo) E-commerce Cross-Border Co., Ltd., exactly as shown on the Proforma Invoice. Standard terms are a deposit with order and the balance before shipment, unless the PI states otherwise. See our Payment & Shipping page for details.
5. Quality and inspection
Goods are inspected before shipment where included in the order scope. Inspection reports with photos are shared with the buyer. Minor deviations within accepted industry tolerances do not constitute defects. Claims for visible defects must be reported with photos within 14 days of receipt at destination.
6. Liability
We coordinate production and logistics on the buyer's behalf and apply professional care throughout. Our liability for any order is limited to the service fee and/or the order value stated on the relevant PI. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by force majeure, or buyer-supplied specifications and designs.
7. Intellectual property
Buyers retain all rights to their brands, designs and artwork shared with us for production. We use them only to fulfil the buyer's order and keep them confidential.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved through friendly negotiation first; failing that, under CIETAC arbitration in China.
